一、概述
此设备用于水的纯化,其运行和再生时液流通过交换剂的方向相反,交换剂再生程度高,再生剂耗量少,出水质量有保证,但设备及操作较顺流再生离子交换器复杂,再生方式分为气顶压;水顶压及无顶压三种类型,进水浊度要求<2mg/L。

1.Instruction
sodium ion exchanger is used in water purifying ,when it runs or regenerates, the liquid flow reversely through exchanger, the degree of exchanger’ regeneration is very high. The cost of Exchanger’s regeneration drug is less. The output water’s quality is ensured. But this equipment is complex , the regeneration way has three types: gas pressure upside, water pressure upside, no pressure upside. Input water’s turbidity<2mg/L.

3.Principle
The equipment belongs to self-control floating bed type with single valve and double columns which can supply water continually and the alternating principle is the same with that of natrium ion exchanger. The equipment integrates exchanger, self-control and regeneration. Exchange system is composed of two columns and a rotary valve which is especially designed according to contraposition principle ,rotary valve is driven by the control system to turn a fixed angle upon the fixed time and all kinds of liquids are under control of rotary valve to realize relative motion and periodic exchange , regeneration liquid is supplied by regeneration system automatically .Alternate cycle operation of two exchange columns realizes automation and continuity of water yielding.
4.Operating
feature
1,Length of equipment operation cycle and the amount of salt input could be
adjusted according to high-low raw water hardness. It features low usage of
resin, low consumption of salt,high water quality , easy operation and convenient
maintenance.
2,The equipment is surprisingly adaptable , and the hardness of softened water
remains is ≤0.03mmol/l after one time softening from high hardness raw water
(≤30mmol/l)
3, The equipment is light in weight , small in volume; neither special
factory building nor concreting foundation is needed .The cost of civil work,
installation , running and maintenance is low.
4,Befor leaving factory, resin has been filled to the equipment ,so that
installation is easy, Just connect the in-out pipe and power source and
starting up, and the softened water will be made.
5, Energy saving of equipment is notable , comparing with the like product.
Investment saving is 50%, salt saving 30%, washing water saving 60%, and it can
lighten lots of environment pollution.
5.NOTE
1, The elementary element for hardness unit mmol/l is C(1/2 Ca2++1/2 Mg2+),the
same with others.
2, The boundary dimension is l type and ll type , only the height of
resin column is increased by 300-400mmbasing on l type machine and other size does
not change,
3, Equipment 20-100T/H is separate structure , and equipment below 20T/H is
monolithic construction.
4, Treatment equipment used for raw water hardness above 15mmol/l could be
specially designed and manufactured.
